Instructions for Customizing Your Item

• Select Your Design:

  • Visit our design section and choose the design you like or use a personal photo.

• Place Your Order:

  • Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • In the comments section during checkout, include the following information:
    • Image Name or Number: Specify the name or number of the design image you selected.
    • Pet's Name (if applicable): Include your pet's name if you want it to be part of the customization.

• Send a Photo:

• Take a photo of your pet that you want to be included in the design.

  • Send the photo to us via email by using the email your photo link at the top of the page. Make sure to include the following details in your email:
    • Email Subject: "Photo for Custom Order - [Your Invoice Number]"
    • Body of the Email:
      • Attach the photo of your pet.
      • Mention your invoice number.
      • Any additional instructions or preferences you have.

• Receive Proof for Approval:

  • Once we receive your order and photo, we will create a proof of the customized design.
  • You will receive an email with the proof for approval before we proceed with making the item.
  • Review the proof and reply to the email with your approval or any requested changes.

• All Sales Final: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged upon arrival.
•   Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of the item’s arrival to arrange for a replacement. Provide photos and a description of the damage.
• Color Variations: Please note that computer, phone, and laptop screens can display colors differently. Items received may have slight color variations from what you see on your screen.
